FAQs

What are my shipping options?

Because so many of us live in mountain communities with package delivery challenges, we offer UPS/FedEx or USPS for US orders. Please select the best option for your location. There are many places in the US that do NOT provide package delivery via USPS, so IF your order is a gift and you want to ensure your order lands at the right doorstep, you should select UPS/Fedex.

When will my order ship?

We are a small team of nordies and work hard to process orders within 48 hours. If however, you have placed an order after standard business hours on a Friday - your order will ship the following Monday. OR the next business day after a holiday.

Why can't I classic ski like my friends?

Because classic skiing is the OG of nordic skiing and she is one prickly vixen. If you can't get your ENTIRE body weight onto 1 ski at a time AND make sure you have more pressure on the balls of your feet - you are gonna struggle.

Is Jenn really from DelCo?

Yes, really. And it is a PLACE. If you're not sure why this small fact has, quite unbelievably, aligned with a cultural moment, go watch Mare from Easttown, Task and Tires to get a handle on this unique place inside the Philly suburbs. Also? Pretty sure I played tennis against Tina Fey in high-school.

How many times has Kevin read the Dune books?

Going on numero teno. He has also read the entire, secondary series written by Herbert's son where the books explore pre/post canons. More recently, he's been getting into Tchaikovsky worlds and seems quite taken with advanced spider races.
