Assassin is our slyest color shifter. Moving stealthily from deep blood reds and maroons to sharp magentas, oranges and pinks, and nothing in between. It's tight and super sneaky. Under direct and sharp light, the fiery reds and rusty oranges look like the spear of destiny, but in deep cover, it's like a sunset at midnight. This is the deepest, darkest shift in our collection, but make no mistake, it's a killer.

We've brought a flash of personality to the set-track that's nothing short of magic. Light and stiff World Cup-level carbon shaft poles are treated to a custom, hand-finished paint application, producing a stunning, stylish, and undeniably special cross-country skiing pole.

Using the stiffest, lightest poles, the finest automotive-grade paints and ceramic finishes on the market today, they're painstakingly created - entirely by hand. No step too small, no element overlooked, and every factor in the paint application is handled by professionals who know their way around carbon fiber finishes.

We partnered with Brindle Custom Finishes, a highly regarded custom finishing outfit. With roots in the cycling industry, the high-tolerance nature of modern cycling products and the discerning nature of custom and OEM clients, their focus is on producing the absolute best finish for the task at hand. This attention to detail and deep knowledge of carbon fiber materials, allowed us to present the next generation of cross-country skiing poles.
The Process
Every Partycrashers Pole is put through a multi-step process to ensure they look stellar on the set-track, and off.
→ Step 1: Prior to spraying, poles are hand-sanded, inspected and cleaned to remove any surface contamination.
→ Step 2: Then, multiple layers of automotive-grade paints and ceramic finishes are applied to ensure maximum adhesion of color and protection.
→ Step 3: Decals are positioned and hand-affixed under a glassy, high-cure finish coat with additional processes to ensure curation and hardening onto the pole. Providing the best protection that's meant to last a very long time.

UHMC carbon, 55g/m 155g (uncut, 176cm pole, please expect a slight variance due to the hand-painted finish)
Grip + Strap + Basket
- Grips: Composite + cork
- Strap: Heavy-duty nylon, traditional strap design with velcro closure, comes with both S/M and M/L sets.
- Basket: QRB / quick-release interchangeable basket system. Each pair of poles comes with two baskets: deeper snow + slim/groomer.

What size are the poles?
Poles arrive UNCUT and are 176cm from tip to top of strap. If you are unfamiliar with trimming your own poles, you may want to take them to a reputable Nordic shop for help. Measure twice, cut once.
What are the differences in the finishes?
We offer three different types of finishes with our poles. The holographic glitter, the color-shifting pigment and the ombres. The glitters will flare/flash under sunlight, the shifters are very moody and will appear different under movement and light, and the ombres are solid colors with fades - no trick of light.
What about the straps?
We ship our Partycrashers poles with both S/M and L/XL straps to dial in the fit. You can also use your preferred straps from another set of poles, by attaching the grips.
What about the grips?
Our grips are cork and come UNATTACHED so you can trim the poles as you need. You are welcome to attach your own grips from another set of poles, if you prefer.
How do the poles ship?
We ship our poles via USPS across the US. Packed safely with a solid plastic core and padding to protect them in transit. If you cannot accept USPS deliveries, please contact us we'd be happy to help you: skadi(at)nordjork(dot)com
